Has anybody been able to find the old stickeys? I can type in a stickey title and it is there. But I can't find a way to view all stickeys or I think they might be called expert resources but still doesn't seem to be anything there.

People are reading what you are posting. But your responses sound like you're not reading their responses.
It's a 12 volt system. Even 2 6 volts in series are considered a 12 volt system.
As the battery sits there is no way for 12 volts to jump an open gap of more than a sub micron. What I'm trying to say is there is no magic to this. In the way you are working a spark will only occur if a connection is made and then broken. Some ideas to what might have occurred and yes some are pretty outlandish but I guess possible.
The sparks on the positive terminal will only occur when there is a break in the path between the post and the wire or between the post and shorting from the post straight to ground through something like your wrench. There's just not any other way to get a spark, the voltage is just too low.
So look at the system again and contemplate where this intermittent gap or break occurred.
Does your RV use wood framing or aluminum framing in the walls? If aluminum framing your wrench might have touched a screw or staple in the bulkhead that is screwed or stapled into the aluminum framing creating a direct short to ground.
Another possibility is a screw in the bulkhead is accidentally driven into a ground wire on the other side of the bulkhead.
I don't know 5th wheels, but on a travel trailer the emergency breakaway is wired around the disconnect switch. Unless you were personally involved in adding the breakaway. Or you can visually see that all wires from the positive post go into the same terminal of the breakaway, are you positive the switch cuts all?
Other possibilities which would need there to be a way around your disconnect switch:
Your positive terminal has corrosion and the positive cable moved while tightening and intermittently broke the connection and then reconnected causing a spark.
Your positive cable has a lot of corrosion under the jacket between the copper wire and the terminal end. When that wire is moved the wire intermittently loses and regains connection with the end terminal.
The battery positive post is actually broken and held onto the lead plates by only the friction of the plastic battery case. When you tried to tighten the bolt the post tilted ever so slightly and broke the connection with the plates in the battery. This seems unlikely to occur without blowing the battery up in your face but I guess anything is possible.
What I'm trying to say is it's not possible to have a spark without current. Somehow, someway by tightening the terminal you intermittently broke and reconnected the electrical path of a live connection. There's just no other way for a spark to occur.

Might be normal. Or might have the drain valve open. If I overfill my 2005 trailer the water will flow out from a hose hanging underneath. Once the water stops the gauge still reads full so I don't worry about it.
The tank drain has a plastic valve and a hose for draining the tank. This valve and hose are very close to the overflow hoses.
For yours if the tank empties then I would look for a valve both outside and inside. It might be inside the trailer maybe under a booth seat or in a storage compartment.

Also the safest thing to remember is the negative cable is the first you should disconnect. The negative cable should also always be the last to reconnect.

The sparks definitely mean there was still a connection that goes outside or around the shutoff switch. The sparks can happen if the cable is loose and the ring terminal is making intermittent contact such as when it slides down and skips off the threads of the battery post.

as you say if it's putting out 12v and everything works then I would just run it as it is with no battery.
I am curious though. What ever happened to Napa testing the battery? Did they say it failed the test or is it still good?

I would glue and clamp everything that you can glue or clamp. While technically it should be low pressure after the pump so it should not need glue. All it would take is one clog or an inadvertent movement of the pipe to open a joint and let the sewage come out all over the lawn or wherever.

I think the weird thing is there are 2 to 4 bolt holes around the larger hole. This make me think in a different model that panel is used differently and something bolted through it. I would just get a sheet of steel from somewhere maybe even Home Depot and bolt it over the hole. although that would leave bumps from the bolt heads. You could probably just duct tape the parch down as the carpet and padding will hold it down once installed.

My guess is you have pressure where it shouldn't be. I experienced the bathroom door way out of line once. I retracted all the stabilizer jacks off the ground and the door was lined up perfectly again.
Is the trailer sitting relatively level? What is the pad made out of that the trailer is sitting on? Is the pad smooth and relatively level? Is the pad sloped one way or the other? What is touching the ground? Are any stabilizer jacks touching or only the tires and tongue jack? If the stabilizers are touching try retracting them all and then check the door again.

When hooked to shore power the inverter is out of the loop and the shore power runs the refrigerator.
When not on shore power the batteries feed the inverter that powers the refrigerator.

The reason why I say four of either is because I would have room for 4. That is why I have the question of 4 12 volts which would give me 4 times the amps of one....or 4 6 volts which would effectively give me 2 12 volts. I hope that clears it up. If all things were even....I would have 4 x 12 volts @100 minutes a piece (just pretending here) so that would give me 400. If each 6 volt was 100, I would only have 200 because I know in series only the volts double not the amps but then they would be partially in series so then I would have the equivalent of 2 12 volt batteries @ 100 a piece for a total of 200. So it seems the 12 volt battery is a better idea until I think about how much lower you can drain the 6 volts.
Correct to a point until you look at real life. Typically unless you want to spend $400 per 12v you will find most 12v batteries are 75 to 90 ah. A typical 6 volt is 200 to 220 ah, so...
12v @ 75ah x 4 = 300ah or 4 x 90 = 360ah
You are correct that the 6v in series doubles only the voltage so
Two 6v @ 200 ah = 200ah. Four 6v at 200ah = 400ah.
Two 6v @ 220ah = 220ah. Four 6v at 220ah = 440 ah.

picture looks fine to me. Can't really comment on the questions except to ask why are you trying to reinvent the wheel with the way the support beams are configured? It seems that typically a sagging AC is because there was a water leak that compromised the roof structure.
Do be mindful of added weight. In other words don't replace existing 2 x 2 lumber with 2 x 3 or 2 x 4 because it is easier to get or "stronger"

Definitely get a second opinion. I have had experience in fixing multiple things on friends cars that the professional technician apparently didn't want to deal with or know how to repair so they just wanted the larger dollar replace.

Sounds like the whole structure was under abnormal stress from the leveling attempt. I would probably put it in my memory as a possible issue but not to be concerned unless it happens again.
